Samsung Speaker Glitch

I have owned a Samsung Reality since last June and have not had any major problems with it since this past weekend. I had traveled out of town, and while on the phone, the ear peice stoped working. I do not understand why exactly though. I took the battery out on at lest three occasions and it did nothing at all. I even took out the battery and left it out for about 3 hours. Does anyone have an idea as to why it would do this? I have not done anything to blow the ear peice, in fact I have to keep the volume on level one because it is so loud.

Oh no! I know how important it is to have a working phone. Let's get this issue resolved. Thank you for removing the battery and power cycling the device. If your issue was not resolved with the battery pull, we would need to replace the device. Is your phone still under warranty? If so, have you called in to get the phone replaced? Let us know!
