AA means Auto Answer is turned on. This feature is useful when using a headset or Bluetooth ear piece.
To change this setting, follow this path:
Menu>>Setting and Tools>>Call Settings >> Answer Options
When you reach here, if you set the Auto w/ Handsfree off, AA should disappear from the Menu screen
