Have you had this problem? If so, I may have a solution. Today I tried to access voicemail from my landline (ATT cordless phone). It kept telling me my password was incorrect. Called Verizon 3 times; first two times they reset the password. Same problem reoccurred, though I discovered in the process that my corded landline phone could get my voicemail. Third time the Verizon rep tried something that worked. He disconnected my phone service from Verizon's end for 5 minutes. That reset my ATT phone. Now I can access voicemail.
