Sound quality with Samsung Intensity II?

Last week my old sansung intensity 2 went to hell and I got a replacement from Verizon. I bought a couple of ringtones, and they sound absolutely HORRIBLE on this phone- they sound grainy and awful. Yet one of the ringtones I had on my old phone that was transferred over to the new one sounds perfectly fine I don't understand why...Has anyone else had this problem?

I want you to enjoy your phone when it rings! You don't have to live with those bad Ringtones. Please delete them and reinstall them, this may resolve the issue. Let us know if issue continues after you delete and reinstall them and we will troubleshoot further.
