Steady Dropped Calls

Need help. Been a Verizon customer for years. Last year my flip phone started dropping calls more often then normal. Phone broke had to buy a new convoy two out of pocket. That phone started dropping calls steady, even in great service. That phone also stopped working, took it in they gave me a remand one on warranty. This one is just as bad or worse. The phone hardly rings when calling and then it magically loses service. Anyone else having problems or is it just my area?
