This is ridiculous , considering how long I have been with Verizon , way before and alltell etc. and they make things complicated for us in every way possible. Basically I understand I am doing someone elses job by putting in all my information in , thus freeing customer service to further confuse other people. It sure seems like they can seel you stuff easily wnough on the site , but not do the things that really need to be done . I am so very tired of Verizon.................they sure don't seem to care about their customer service , nor loyal customers .
