HOW CAN I TRANSFER CONTACTS FROM OLD BASIC PHONE TO A NEW BASIC PHONE. OLD PHONE IS BACKED UP.
The backup assistant plus app on my LG basic does not have a place to enter the backup pin # from my old Samsung basic phone. What now?
KE4QPN, we know that your contacts are important and want to ensure that you have those safely on the new phone. On the LG, was this phone previously active on another number? If so, you will want to complete a full factory restore on the phone and then activate it to your cell number. Once activated to your line, even if you are not asked for that PIN, follow the steps for that restore as the contacts will be attached to your cell number. We hope this helps.
