Transfer a picture from Backup Assistant Plus to my cell phone

I uploaded a picture from my computer to the Backup Assistant Plus.   It uploaded successfully.    I just upgraded to a basic phone LG Cosmos 2.   How do I get the uploaded picture to my phone?.

Don't use that but if you have texting you can text the photos to and from your email to back them up on the computer. That is how I back up my photos. To send from email to phone use yournumber. Mary
