Undeleting an app

Does anyone know how to undelete the mobile email app on an LG Extravert prepaid phone? I want to renew my subscription but all I get is the Info screen when I try to renew.

That's the prepaid plans space, primortal.

There is a Basic Phones space that has a main icon on the front landing page on the community. https://community.verizonwireless.com/community/feature

HI I recently had to do this because I had stinking advertisment pop-ups on my phone daily. Goto media center, then APPS, then you select which APPS you want to turn off/disable.
