My phone is LG VN-251, and I text in Korean pretty often. The problem is that there used to be no problem, but months ago, it started getting broken text messages when a friend of mine texted me in Korean with iphone(3gs). It looks like this, "%)s6f_5=+v.,a#-" Recently I'm getting it much more frequently, even 3 times in a row today. Can someone tell me what is wrong and how to fix it?
Thank you.

The phone on the other end might be using a keyboard add-on/replacement that is not getting translated correctly when it reaches your phone.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

That would frustrate me too mrsella! Have you checked with the sender, if they are using a different application or a different device? When you send messages, are they receiving the messages in Korean? Is it just one user that is sending you the message? How do they come in from others? Provide additional details so that I can better assist!
Thank you,
Lena A.
