I have a SAMSUNG Convoy from my work and the VZ Navigator is loaded on the phone free of charge, it was working now it has stopped running and I am trying to find out why and I am not getting any help from the Verizon office can someone on here help me out. I have trouble shoot the phone and the site of Navigator and still nothing.
Having access to VZ navigator is important johnbg. I use it all the time and rely on it to get me all over the city, so I know its frustrating. Do you see an error message when you launch the application? Have you recently had a software update on your phone? The application may need to be updated to a more current version.
