Hi, so heres the story. My father had the Pantech Hotspot and my mother had the Pantech Jest II. They wanted to switch phones so I backed up their contacts with backup assist. and I switch the numbers. I successfully got the backup assist to work on the jest but not the Hotspot. When I access the app, it tells me that the mobile # has changed and that I need to update the account. When i enter my pin, tells me that its trying to access the contacts and at the bottom it displays the phone's original phone number, not its new current number. Then it tells me the account already exists.
