About a week ago, my Samsung basic phone kept telling me it couldn't put the number through as dialed. Even when I tried to go to voice mail, which Verizon automatically dials! I went into a Verizon store and the guy took over an hour working with tech services to figure out that for some reason they had turned the phone off. Now it's doing the same thing again. Has anybody else had this happen? Does anyone know why they do this and how to get them to stop doing this? My account is on automatic payment, so it's not an issue with that.
Wow have never had our service shut off in all our years with verizon. What did customer service say when you called to ask what's going on? Can't wait to hear why this is happening if the bill is paid every month, very strange indeed. Mary
We never want you to be without service! Let's get this issue resolved once and for all! Do you have post pay or prepaid service? Do you get an error message or recording when attempting to make calls? If so, what is the message? Are you able to receive calls when this happens? And do you have a 3G signal when this happens?
