Tried to check voice mail yesterday and got a message saying " can not be completed as the called party is unavailable" Same thing today. This is from a basic Verizon Kyocera flip phone. Has been working fine up to this point.

Tried calling *86 right now and call went thru fine to the prompt: "Please enter your password, then press pound". What were you dialing?

I can click on voicemail in my contacts, dial *86 or dial my own phone # and get the same message.

It's important that you are able to access your Voicemail. We will be sending you a Private Note, so we can take a look at our line details further.
