I'm so sick of trying to look for a new phone and all that is there is smartphones. I DO NOT WANT A SMART PHONE! I just want a plain full QWERTY keyboard phone. Since Verizon is also this way, I am considering switching phone companies, but almost everybody has smartphones. Does anybody know what company has a wide range of not smart phones?

Verizon has feature phones that do not require a data plan.

You're allowed to switch phone companies, but not look online for an older phone? I didn't say it had to be used. I'm guessing you're on your parents' plan. Ask them if you can get one online. EBay has brand new older phones for Verizon for less than $50.

Go to any department store these days and there are a ton of prepaid phones that are non smart phone. Was noticing today how much they are taking over in electronics. Mary

Look online on Craigslist and eBay for older Verizon feature phones.

Yes but there are none that I like. And I continuously get "we release new phones every two weeks so be on the lookout" I have not seen a new feature phone in probably 4 mOnths.

What phone company Has phones other than smartphones?

My daughter in law uses Virgin Mobile prepaid and its not a smart phone and has good service, I had Virgin Mobile and I live on a mountain in the woods and had no problem with there service. I switched to Verizon because everyone else in my family had verizon and the verizon to verizon is cheaper for me. My daughter in law has sent me pictures from her phone and they are excellent quality photo's.
