i got my new Feb 2017 bill and i had $7.96 extra chage called " Voice Overage Charge ". I called Customer Service and they told me i called 411 4 times on Jan 18th between 7:50am and 8:20am. It is impossible for me to call 411 on a weekday and that early on the morning because i am sleep until 9am on weekdays. also 2 of the calls (7:50am - 7:53am) and the other two ( 8:18am - 8:20am). there is a 2 to 3 min gap between those calls.
Customer service said they are giving me a one time curtursy and that if i didn't use my phone, then someone did. I told them that no one used my phone and that i have never called 411 since google and yahoo got invented.
There is something going on here. I will be calling FCC and making them aware.
