Why can't I print some pictures from my phone?

I have taken pictures on my phone, used the usb at Kinko's and some pictures just don't show up?

Only some? What kind of phone do you have? I would say it may be out of date but if only SOME don't show up, that is a baffling situation, Have you tried to do a software update on your phone? It should be in Settings somewhere, try that, then try to acquire the pictures again

I have a Samsung Intensity II. Compared to me, it's not old at all but then

again...with these things they are basically obsolete as soon as you walk

out the door. I couldn't find where to update software anywhere in my

settings. I guess I may have to go to a Verizon store to fix the problem.

If you have another "up-to-date" phone, (Smartphone) what you could do is transfer the pictures to the Smartphone then print out the pictures from the phone itself, the best way would be go into a store and they have a machine that has the ability to transfer pictures between phones.

Have you checked the phone to see if the photos are still there?

I know how it is honestly, my tax return just came in so I upgraded my phone because I wouldn't have the money otherwise

The pictures were always on my phone but didn't show up on my sd card!

Do you think they were saved to the phone's internal storage?  If so, you should be able to move them to your SD card.

I'm not really sure, I'm not really all that phone savy so I may just go to
