***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Why is my balance incorrect?

I bought my $35 Prepaid Card, as usual, yesterday. My bill was due today. For some reason I have a balance, in red, of $34.80. Why did it not take my $35 and how can I fix this? Please help! Thank you in advance!
