Why won't my extravert 2 regonzie my sim card for my pictures?

extravert2 wont load pictures from sim card. any suggestions, will return if other issues just got yesterday. havent had chance check rest phone out.

SIM cards don't hold pictures maybe transferred SD card try that maybe.
