I have a gzone boulder that is broken, it works and I can call and everything but I can't see the screen. V tells me that I have to take it to a corporate store to get the backup assistant to work. My question is, will I get my pictures too, or just my contacts.
I'm crossing my fingers for you! You have to access Backup Assistance to transfer contacts. Pictures are sent and saved online at our Picture and Messaging Portal. Both of these functions require that you access the screen on your device. However, our store locations may be able to transfer your pictures and contacts by using a special machinery. Unfortunately, it's not guaranteed that this will work. Good luck to you.
