Dear verizon, It saddens me that a large company such as you, that I give odlles of money too evey month is totally unavailable when we need help, we have spent days going round and around on your website, we went to the store twice, tried online chat etc etc etc...we still canot get any answers on how to get this stupid tablet that is brand new, that has only worked for 1 month and is still under warrenty to get fixed.  The customer service people where about as much help as a wet noodle. you don't even have a place to send an email...so I guess you just wait until the person gets frustrated enough to give up...looks like I will be buying apple in the future!!  Thanks for nothing!

What ar the issue you are having with the Device.. what is it doing.?  or not doing, And to let you know this is a peer to peer Forum customers that help customers,  Verizon Reps help as well.. just for the asking did you ask to talk to a Tear 2 customer Rep one that has some expertise in Apple products, or Did you try and contact Apple them selves they might have some help-full tips for the issues your having..

When you went to the store what did they say about the problem, nothing? They must have said something if the tablet is defective. Did you go to a cooperate store? Mary

Go to a corporate store and tell them the issue. It's not hard. If it is defective you get a new one in the mail.
