cosmos 2 remove voice when press numbers

Is there a way to not have the voice readout of what numbers I push when I'm dialing?  It's obnoxious because the voice doesn't keep up...thanks.

Go to your Settings menu, Sounds, and turn OFF Digit Dial Readout .  (Page 38 of your user manual has the menu tree, page 140 has specific instructions):

6.5 Digit Dial Readout

Allows you to set the Digit Dial Readout.

1. From standby mode, press [OK] [MENU].

2. Press [9 Key] Settings & Tools.

3. Press [6 Key] Sounds Settings.

4. Press [5 Key] Digit Dial Readout.

5. Use the Directional Key Up/Down to highlight a setting, then

press [OK].
