I have read and understand all of the comments on backup assistance, but does this also mean there is not a fix for downloading new apps for ringtones, music, etc.? If so, then Verizon is the one who is losing out because this is lost revenue!!!! I have already keyed in my contacts from my old phone to my new LG enV2 but I would like to download music and ringtones. Does Verizon plan on trying to fix this problem? Forget the fact that you sent out messages to your customers before March 25th about backup assistance. I didn't plan on purchasing a new phone at that time and did not know this should have been a criteria before purchasing a new phone! This is simply ridiculous on Verizons part not to support their long time customers like myself!!!???
