How do I remove an icon that shows I have a text message, but I don't?
What phone do you have? Could it be a voicemail? A draft message? If you are absolutely certain you have no unread messages, try pulling the battery with the phone on. Wait a few minutes, then reinsert the battery and restart the phone. That may clear any lingering messages that are being stubborn about going away!
