I have tried using my lg vn150 with a usb cord, and it does not work to download photos. Any idea why?
Some phones do not support data transfer via the USB cord. You might try using bitpim software:
I know that keeping important pictures is really important, Gar48. Thanks for giving that USB cable a try, but the LG Revere VN150 doesn't support USB Mass Storage since there's no SD card. The good news is that you can still originate MMS (picture) messages to e-mail addresses using the steps at http://spr.ly/6583B3TET then save the pictures from your email to your computer. Keep in mind that MMS charges apply according to your callig plan. You can check what's included in My Verizon www.vzw.com/signin.
