You can download the Samsung Kies software to your computer and this will allow you into most of the files on your phone. At that point it's very easy to copy and tranfers the files to your computer. You may also move the photos by removing the SD card and inserting it into your computer card reader and doing a copy.  http://www.samsung.com/us/kies/
