is there a way to retrieve contacts from a basic phone (Motorola V750) that was restarted?

I restarted to get rid of Vcast and now the contacts and pics are gone. Any way to get them back?

Unless you had that info backed up to card or to a cloud (Verizon backup) or elsewhere, it is gone.
