I have  2 lg vx8350 phone and i had to replace phone for brokeing hinges and  now replace my boyfriend  phone for the same thing . it all the lg vx seris  do it . pay 90 for 2 phone in 2 month and i have them for 9 months now i can not upgrade 9/23/2013

If your upgrade date is 9/23/13, then those phones are still under warranty. Contact Verizon.

i replace my phone in aug and now i have replace my boyfriend phone for broken hinge again  and are replacement cover under warranty

Oh no Trish308! Broken hinges are never a good thing! The LG 8350 was released quite awhile ago. Where did you purchase these phones and when? Did you upgrade to the LG 8350 or upgrade to a different phone and re-activate your LG 8350?

i buy them jan 23 2012 and one broked in aug and my boyfreind broked in step
