Is there a reason why you are not calling *611 from your phone or 1-800-922-0204 from another phone?

If you dial *611 from your handset (airtime free call), then choose option 4 (Other Options), then say "Speak to an agent" or Speak to a representative" when prompted, it should connect you with a "real" person. This has worked every time for me, and I'm connected in a minute or less.
