It is new phone and it only sends text twice if I have applied the signature in the text. If I take the signature off then it only sends one text

This is strange for a new phone, Charlie390. I’m glad to see that removing the signature eliminates the double message issue. Let’s try reprogramming your phone and test. Call *228 on your Verizon Wireless phone, then select option 1, and power off/on at the end of the call. Test and keep us posted.
