i just changed my number last night, did the *228 and it said activation complete. it even shows up on my account info too. but i can no longer send or receive texts or calls. it keeps saying "message undeliverable: service unavailable." can someone help me? i don't have another phone.
where do you live? if you are in the hurricane affected area ( new york ) we do not have service available...calls will not go through and texts will go out but not all the times...gotta keep trying to send the text and once u press SEND DO NOT TOUCH anything else just wait and see...have been dealing with this here in Brooklyn since noon yesterday and i got someone in Live support last night on line and told me there are problems allover and they are working HARD at restoring service....good luck to you
i do live in new york but not near the coast (about 4 hours away). would that still affect my service? it was working fine last night before i changed the number and then it just stopped working.
