Thank you for reaching out to us. I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with picture messages. What happens when you try to send one? Do you get an error message? When we say to delete multi-media messages, we just want you to delete any previous picture messages. A great way to check if you're having issues is to send a picture message to yourself. You can do so by sending the text message to your own number. If it send and you receive it then you should not be having any issues.
