I need a Customer Service Rep to contact me immediately. I live in PA and you gave my active number (which I have had for years!) to someone in OHIO and now all of my stuff is going to their phone, and I am getting their crap! I have 4 kids and a wife, and a sick parent and need my phone to go to me. Please call (removed) or message me back immediately

This is a peer-to-peer forum and while Verizon reps respond to some posts, it isn't guaranteed, is often hours/days after a post is left, and is only to threads marked as questions (this one isn't).  And to continue being the bearer of bad news (), posting personal info. such as your phone number is against the forum's Terms of Service.  I'd suggest that you call Customer Service; when you get the phone tree, press 4 and say Agent.
