phone stopped working,went to return payed $14.99 + tax overnight, late on delivery and wrong battery with refurbished phone. Only 5 days to return old phone. Waste of time off to the verizon store on this beautiful day, First vacation n 4 years just whar i wwanted to do. I should be able to get something back on this whole deal. keep u posted

i beleive the TOS say that you will get a refurb phone
and to keep your old battery

That is correct. But if its a battery issue we will send you a replacement battery. And regarding the shipping as long as you order the device before 4 pm it will be sent out that day. Once we give it to fedex the time of the shipping is in their hands and we have no control if there is something wrong with the shipping process.

I went to verizon store no one seemed to know what was going on. sent to another verizon store replaced battery I gave them the 2 wrong batteries shipped, sent out old phone. Now its been 5 days and I have a phone that works. modern technology is grand.
