How do I transfer my contacts from an old LG basic phone to an LG Exalt? Neither one is in the list of phones.

Depending on the basic phone that you are using, you should be able to access Backup Assistant by using the Main Menu, Media Center, and Browse and Downloads. It may even be in a menu called Apps. You just need to run that software on the original phone. Once you activate the new phone, run that same software on the new phone using the same steps provided to transfer them over.
