unable to get vwzpix video, only audio

Someone sent me a vwzpix message to my LG phone. When I go to my media page online, only the audio plays...no video. The Quicktime logo comes on, but that's it...no picture. How do I fix this?

Sounds like the device that the video was sent from uses quicktime codec which is Apple based and wont play on a basic device without converting...  You have to download, convert with another app to play it..  Also some basic devices cant render larger resolution videos..
