I have received explicit pics from an unknown number on my prepay cell. I checked online through my account and the number is listed as n/a. Any suggestions on how to handle this problem?

If a text message, forward the message to 7726 (SPAM).  Since the number is unavailable, you can use a third party service like Trapcall (there is a fee involved though) that will trace the number used.  Another option is to change your phone number and be very selective as to who gets the new number.
