I just had this start happening to my phone in the last month. Daily scoop was the culprit (I think, since it hasn't happened since I uninstalled it.) I don't have a smart phone, so uninstalling it was different than they say on the help page. On my samsung something or other, I went to Media Center>Browse and Download>Select Daily Scoop>options>Uninstall.
