I am looking for where I can access the Backup Assistant online - not in the cloud, not using the cellphone.

You've reached the right place for assistance with being able to view your contacts online. If you follow the link http://vz.to/1vOL3RM it will take you through the steps on how you can back up and save everything. Under step 5 there is a link that shows you how to view the contacts online. You would have to be signed into your My Verizon account before clicking on the link so that it directs you to the right place. I certainly hope this helps. Keep us posted.
