Hi,
I got promotion when I used Verizon internet. I redeemed it a month ago but I didn't get it or even I couldn't check processing status. The email said that click "fios welcome bonus" link but there is no link.
Where should I check or click to see? i saw some people have the same problem.
I hope the problem is solved soon.
