6 MONTH Billing Error that Chat and Calls can not resolve

Since Nov 2022 I keep being billed for a $10 a month digital adapter that I returned.
A Chat rep confirmed that the warehouse received the adapter. At least tgat us what they wrote.
I have been in SEVEN long chats.
I made two phone calls.
In every signal case, it appeared their goal was to "enhance" my Fios package and upgrade me one way or another.
I don't know what else to do becasue I'm not chatting or calling for the 10th time.
I'd really like to get this resolved becasue it's so simple but also so frustrating.
