Accidentally made a payment twice

Hello: when paying a past due amount, I accidentally paid my bill for the next month that isn’t due yet. It currently says the payment is processing and can not be canceled and it is Saturday so I am not able to speak with an agent. Is there any way this can payment can be partially refunded because I only had present in my account the amount due for the previous month.
