Services on my account were removed as of 8/4/22. There was a $58 credit due to me on the final bill as of 8/15/22. This credit was there 9/15/22 and 10/15/22. On 10/18/22 I chatted with a representative to determine why VZ was hold my credit and they informed me that I had to wait at least another billing cycle. I have had no service on this account for 104 days and it has been 63 days since my final bill showed a credit due to me. It is unacceptable for VZ to hold money owed to me for this extended period of time.
