up by 11:45 am 5/11. Will be up by 11:45 pm 5/11. Called 11:50pm. No services- no idea when up. I explained I was having to buy internet elsewhere to do my job. I need to know for real when my service will be back on. Do I need to pay the daily rate or the weekly rate, which is cheaper. She told me to buy the weekly to be safe. When I check the website it says there are no outages in my area. Hmm I must be imagining no phone, tv, internet. Now it says service will be up by 1:00 pm 5/12. Somehow don't believe it.
you shouldn't post precise info on yourself.
The estimates are usually met once they are posted. They are usually conservative estimates and so back before then. But of course not always.
