So I'm mad and fed up. MY VERIZON app defaults the payment date to Today's date and while trying to change the date - the app was "broken" and I now accidently paid 3 week early. I've uninstalled your fake broken app. Why aren't you doing the right thing and defaulting to the due date. I guess your so desperate for money you have to resort to such underhanded practices? Keep you bogus app which only worked some of the time. I'm done. Your not building loyalty, your alienating your customers. Even trying to post to this board, I had to log in 4 times before I was successfully logged in. Really???? Get you act together.
