AutoPay Was taken but I Had Closed my Account

I moved and closed my Verizon account as it is not in the area where I am moving. AutoPay still subtracted the next month's bill from my checking account. How do I get that payment back? Thanks!

Easiest way. Call your bank tell them what you said here, tell them to put it back.

although not as easy as with a credit card (chargeback dispute) debit or checking can be returned to you if you can prove your closing the account.
