I am a new customer and so far customer service has been absolutely horrible.....
Wish i never signed up.
I just got my first bill which is alot higher than i was quoted by the representative-i feel like i got scammed......

Hi, i called twice and got disconnected-unfortunately i gave up and just paid the bill. As of yet, me questions have not been answered and i feel very frustrated. I will not consider Verizon for any further services.

You need to double check items. The first bill is often up to double not including any installation charges. They bill a month ahead.
