I am very disappointed that my bill continues to go up. I will not be fooled again with the contract and will be going to another company when my contract is up. I was lied to about the contract cost and now my bill is over $200.00 per month. When I called to find out what I could do, the only suggestions I get from your customer service reps is that I can cut back on my services! I can't understand why just 2 months ago, my service was 30.00 per month less then now and last year it was 50.00 less! As I said I will be leaving Verizon when the contract is done!

My bill has gone from 119.00 to 130.00 in six months time. I switched from Comcast to save money, even though I lost some of the channels I watched. Now the cost is getting close to what I paid with Comcast. I was going to call customer service to see if they could help, but this has answered my question as to the kind of "help" I would get. Unfortunately, I am looking into switching back to Comcast. Such a disappointment.

And now, two months later, my bill is up to $135. I had hoped it would go down, not up, after talking with someone about cancelling my account. They talked me out of it, saying it would go back down to what I originally was paying. Huge disappointment.
