Wondering if anyone can give me a billing address which is real, that I could correspond with. I have a billing problem and have bad voice from cancer and no one understands me on the phone. The last customer rep just hung up on me, so I will have to correspond by mail. There is no email address that anyone answers and I was lucky enough a few months ago to get a chat person, but can't connect with chat anymore.
I also sent a cerfified letter to a NJ address and got no answer!

I don’t know if this will help but the site has a TTY service for customers with disabilities. http://www.verizon.com/about/accessibility/visual-assistance#alternate-billing-formats
I think it does list a email for Fios customers.
