I recently ordered Triple play services : Fios digital voice, Extreme HD TV and Gigabit Connection. When the bill I received was higher than the estimate, I asked Verizon to change the Extreme HD TV ($109.99) to Custom Home and Family ($79.99). Since this was the only change I requested, I expected my bill to decrease by at least $30.00. Instead it only resulted in a $4.00 saving. I am still trying to get it resolved.
